This program certifies you to legally, safely, and effectively train and evaluate upcoming protective agents. You will master live-fire range management and safety protocols, learn how to build and scale reality-based CQB or vehicle training modules, and perfect your instructional methodology to effectively correct shooter deficiencies and evaluate agent performance under stress.

About the program
 

The most advanced program of Israeli Tactical School offers you a unique opportunity to do all the courses of Israeli Tactical School on the regular basis - Room clearing live fire CQB (one men / two men / squad / team), Vehicle CQB live fire, motorcade live fire as a team and SWAT hostage rescue training & room clearing CQB as a team live fire. The idea is to train the student to become the best operator he can possibly be and then offer him to keep training with us on the regular basis and also help as assistant instructor in our beginners courses.

 

When you graduate the course, you are not just advancing your skill level as an operator; you master the operator level at the instructor level.

 

The moment you finish our Train-the-Trainer course, you can join all future Israeli Tactical School trainings for free as an assistant instructor.

 

As an assistant instructor, you are not just participating as another student. You will gradually take on instructing roles in the courses.

 

After every teaching assignment, you will be evaluated and debriefed by a senior instructor. This will help you progress as an operator and instructor.  Eventually you’ll qualify to run a small group of students as a senior instructor or an entire course by yourself with assistant’s instructors to aid you.

The Instructor program is a unique opportunity to drill down deep into the doctrine developed by Mossad and Shin Bet agencies in the fight against terror that later become a significant part of how to protect our gov VIPs doctrine. The Shin Bet and Mossad as agencies compliment each other in the fight against terror - since Shin-Bet responsible for counter terror domestic inside Israel and Mossad does the same job overseas - therefore the agencies collaborate on a regular basis on the intelligence, prevention and threat elimination side but since Shin bet is also responsible to protect gov dignitaries overseas - the interaction shin bet and Mossad also happening daily our side of Israel overseas.

 

In our school, we focus on Shin bet training on the protection side and elimination side of the course. Mossad tactics we teach during our counter surveillance and attacker point of view approach - so basically the students coming to our course exposed to two agencies best practices and deciplines.

You make the investment in the instructor course, so we investment in teaching you how to become the best operator and instructor you can be.

 

The most important part is than as an instructor you never stop training and continue to improve your skills!

 

Suddenly, flying on a “Little bird” Army Helicopter and leading a team of operators to release hostages from a bus or a raid using night vision and infra-red laser beams, breaching, moving, live-fire, are just another day at the office.

What about employment after the course?

That Israeli Tactical School is always looking to give assistant instructors more responsibility and challenges as part of our effort to make invest in you.

 

We are always looking for assistant instructors that want to progress their skills and join our advanced domestic projects and overseas training.  We are looking for individuals that want to eventually make a career by taking our Train the Trainer course.
